    Doesn't pass the sniff test in regards to a critical delay 6 days in that throws the whole flowtest off track for a month.. or so... but no one seems to be focusing on that? NY is the master of delay the news tactics. No one here even questioned the 6 month extension granted by the Mongolian government to the Nomgon flowtest, and that was 18 months ago.
