What I'm having trouble reconciling is how a reputable company like Haliburton had no contingency built in for delays of any kind. Hard deadline ?
If they are now at the next site and if there are delays there as well do they then put that job on hold and move to the next?
`The next month or so` is so open ended and if restarting the programme is in the `So` area there will be downward pressure on the share price and T10 may very well see the gap closed at 7.2c
Something doesn't quite add up here
