@BasVermeulen. I have a couple of questions, please? In Fig 6 above, the calculations are based on an average gas rate of 3.2 PJ pa, which is equivalent to about 8.3 mmscf/d. How many wells are represented to support this estimate? We know that the breakeven rate for a single well is 2.5 mmscf/d.
Then it mentions an average production rate of 8 PJ pa, which is equivalent to 20.8 mmscf/d, presumably based on a 40 year field life and 100 wells. That equates to about 0.2 mmscf/d per well. So, I am curious how many wells the 3.2 PJ pa represents?
Rather than quote an average production rate over 40 years, I think it is more usual to focus the economic evaluation over the first 3-5 years.
