Using a bit of perspective to calculate where the ground level is at the point of the truck in the background (closest to the flare) (the red line), and then using the scale of that truck (using national truck height average of 4.3m) (the bottom green arrow), we can use that same perspective to apply roughly to the flare and calculate a flare height of ~4.5 - 5 metres and a max width of ~1.5 metres.
That's a fkn big flame!
