Jeez mate- that's an all too familiar scenario for me as well, 4am thoughts keeping you wide awake!
We've put lots of wonga into EXR since 2019....lots of it- hard earned post tax dollars that could have been appropriated elsewhere, paid off mortgages or such. Am particularly proud of the kids persistence and conviction with their investment- one day I hope they have a reward for their effort and discipline sufficient enough to contribute heavily to their 1st property purchases.
Long road to go though!
