I think we all need to to take a step back when quoting "commercial flow", thats just what EXR are reporting but the market will see things different and I am guessing we need >5 and alot nearer 10 to push forward in the manner a number of loyal SH are hoping.
I hope we do get close to 10 that good for everyone who holds and wants in or out and others who want in when they understand the investment performance albeit based on one well.
