Lol...6 months ago during capitulation to 6c the sad sacks on here were saying they exact opposite about EXR and selling and begging to be more like very professional communication outfits like TMK/IVZ.
Similar story...they were in the FOMO stage of a project and EXR were not.
Now its opposite.
Goes to show no one really actually knows what they are talking about or doing.
Its all just a positive moment/mindset FOMO driven thing.
