And- You're correct of course, but I guess I've been giving him the benefit of the doubt thinking he'd see the light at some point, given the plethora catalysts for positive sp re-rate on your doorstep, as he's still a holder of EXR stock.....but for the life of me I can't fathom why would you keep bleating on, dribbling, moaning, whining - constantly -and still be a shareholder?....if this is such a dog stock and management such complete tools as you'd surmise given his moaning, why the hell would you still be invested?

Anyway- pain over (for me at least!) - the numpty now joins the Ignore list
