I think Oma rig they’re waiting on is not the same rig Exr waiting and I do believe you need big funds which I don’t think he Exr have which will cause a lot more deluding of shares and the big majors will not put in at a risk unless they know the flows are good hands will have to do a horizontal test eventually which will cost big bucks I think oma is a safer bet especially when the top 20 are about to own 80 to 90% of the company
