Yes we will need more money. Bringing a partner in is clearly part of the plan, which Neil mentioned in one of his last interviews. I mean, depending on how a partnership is structured, there is always going to be dilution. If we raise everything ourselves, our holdings dilute. If we get a partner in, the value of the project for EXR dilutes and therefore the realistic value of the business.
