My layman's take on the wording suggests looking to get a partner in early as this method will "underwrite the R&D aspect" - to me that almost positions us in a get in or miss out type message - the cost of wanting to play when we know whats there will be a lot more.
I could just be looking through rose coloured (and by rose I mean deep red hoping to turn green some time soon) glasses.
Challenge I see won't be how the market reacts today - will be how the market reacts June to Oct - if Mongolia continues to work away in the background and we are are stuck awaiting analysis and stim testing and production results, it could be a rocky 16 weeks until that booking is updated.
