and what contract did we sign that's down to NY - there are ways to minimize the risk and as you mentioned 4km down first hole and !
and who's is picking up the bill for the delay and remob etc, so in simple terms there are several ways to do this and we appear to have not controlled the risk given where we are in development cycle
