2020Mustang and I have the same strong conviction on our investment of Exr even though we don’t always agree on the process and timeframe, however we are very respectful of each other and contribute information sourced that is to the benefit of each other and any one else that cares to listen.
He has way more credibility in my view than you will ever wish you could have, so best you not go down a path you can’t walk on with the same energy!
Good luck with IVZ as it would be an amazing result if they can make the discovery!
