Mate I suspect anything is possible. Easy for a major to swoop up a minor if the minor (EXR/OMA) have proved up their tenement. No big deal for Santos or Shell to offer a billion or so for a productive oil/gas field. They don't carry exploration risks, just the infrastructure costs to get it to port/terminal. And this area has a lot of established infrastructure so connection is easy.
As mentioned earlier the amount of detail in the announcement is great and reminds me of the announcements released in 2020 and early 2021. Great job Neil!
