Well not really a "Solid Deal". The acquired company is where Blake Burton has been working since 2018 based on his LinkedIn so this is more of a closed-door/off-market deal. Who knows what Attained would've been really worth if they actually tried to sell.
The announcement highlighted "unaudited" revenue of $3mil for Attained group... another red flag...
Based on shares issued today 17,824,504 = 17,824,504 x 0.05 = $891k paid to Attained in DC2 shares...
My assumption is that means $1.1mil would be paid case (balance of $2Mil) - Would be interesting to see how DC2 manages this.
