I previously owned shares in DC2 as well. Management failed to delivered what they've promised. I've had plenty of Zoom meetings with Justin and Blake along the way.

I don't like their corporate structure. I'm ok with Alto raising if the current Chair of DC2 is not a founder of Alto (despite not being on the Board) and more than likely still holds shares in Alto. I also don't like all the inter-party transactions between DC2 and Justin's private companies, now between DC2 and Attained, with Blake being the CFO of Attained, now being promoted to the CEO role of DC2.

RE the salary. Blake is now on $160k plus super, the same as Justin's CEO pay. Not sure if Justin's pay is going to change for the new role, only time can tell. Justin took a pay rise from $96k to now $160k, also gave his wife a pay rise from $84k to now $120k in FY21, while the company's loss deepened. I dont think that is a good look.
