if i read the announcement right, it said $926,376 is "estimated minimum revenue" over 5 years.
This in my knowledge implies that there is a lower number which is contracted revenue and then there is an estimate based on some space and power usage estimation that the mining customer would have projected.
based on offering from other DCs, i know the contacted number on this could be as low as $100k (or less) - thats how Datacom operates in Airtrunk Sydney... contracted revenue is under $1k and estimaed revenue could be 10k for single rack...
