Uhm what? "Estimated to be a min of $926k over 5 years" means total contracted revenue was estimated to be at least $926k. I.e. $926k plus some other bits and pieces.
Also the contract requires min 176kW of power. NextDC charges on average $4.3m - $4.5m per 1mW for colocation services. Using these numbers, 176kW would equate to approx. $800k in revenue. This is quite close to the ex GST number of $841k, $926k is GST incl. There might be some other agreements/clauses in the contract that would add up to the difference ($841k - $800k) or perhaps DC2 charges more per W.
