Incorrect in that they made an $11million claim against what was independently assessed as having a $150,000 value, so for now I’d have to assume the claim was not correct.
There’d have to have been numerous managerial missteps throughout the process for such an significant anomaly (approx 10% of MC) even giving benefit of doubt & they are justifiably owed 11 mill, the handling of the project itself couldn’t have been very prudent.
