I speculated similarly to you after their response and was roundly denounced by Madam (probably reasonably) but the alternative scenarios also seem a bit bizarro to me as well. The full amount on the balance sheet? No financial impact this FY or next? After that adjudication?

I believe I was accused of wishful thinking or similar although at that point our learned poster hadn't familiarised themselves with the adjudication.

I'm holding off any more comments for the time being because no option appears particularly compelling. I simply don't know enough.

I'm prepared for further bad news but unless they end up digging a big hole for themselves I'm hoping the absolute worst is a wipeout of six months earnings.

The Director purchase announcements today didn't hurt my sentiment either.
