I don't blame decmil,they are simply a customer.
It was sxe's decision to provide services up to $11m which it appears were not covered by the contract,or if we believe sxe it was.?.
sxe can say they did so because the infrastruture needed it.What rubbish,sxe should make sure they are covered for that $11m before doing 'any' extra work ,but giving sxe the benefit of the doubt they say they are..
ps if we believe sxe then we should hope decmil stays in business in wins contracts..
