SXE has performed in its eyes additional works, did it formally seek direction No ? assuming not and that's project governance, what did it do to mitigate or attempt to notify its client of these issues? did they communicate this all in a timely manner and hold a solid relationship maybe and likely not.
I'm going to say SXE have already worn this one and its buried in the project overrun and as the money has been spent big deal that's contracting, and the direct costs are not $11m that is just the so called claim......the Q is does this have a major impact on SXE absolutely NOT - so move on 2021 looks very solid. Stop wasting your time on this matter. its meaningless.
