2 reasons.
The 11m obviously didn't cost sxe 11m,but is it on the books at '11m'.?.
$11m is material for sxe.
Second reason 'if the $11m' is on the books and sxe doesn't win the case imo only that makes me question sxe's management credibility after what they announced.
So fine you move on but i'll be waiting for the result.
I must have confidence in management and why i will maintain a small position until result.
