1%aday, I'm not going to get sucked in to the emotional ramping and personal commentary.
My comments were on the deal as it was confirmed to us in the announcement yesterday. The facts are absolutely correct.
Integra has agreed to contribute up to $1m to explore, investigate and develop. In return, we are giving Integra:
a) up to 50% ownership of the project assets, mining rights, etc; and
b) based on today's share price, $2.1 million dollars worth of shares for only $0.45 million.
Integra are the true winners out of this deal, they cannot lose. Thats all OK - its a neccessary evil - lets just not pretend that its a huge success for LRS.
Finally, I would assume that Integra are a capital/investment firm and they will operate much like Lind. Not a knight in shining amour.
