Anova Metals Limited completed the acquisition of Warriedar Gold Project from Red Dirt Metals Limited.

September 20, 2022 Anova Metals Limited (ASX:AWV) entered into an agreement to acquire Warriedar Gold Project from Red Dirt Metals Limited (ASX:RDT) for AUD 1.6 million on August 16, 2022.

The upfront acquisition price is AUD 1.2 million satisfied by the issue of 100 million shares of Anova at a deemed issue price of AUD 0.012 per share.

Anova will assume Warriedar's obligation to pay a milestone payment of AUD 0.1 million to the Norwest Minerals Ltd. in the event that Anova defines a JORC-compliant Mineral Resource estimate at Warriedar in excess of 150 koz gold equivalent prior to July 3, 2025. The completion of agreement includes ministerial approval for the transfer, the discharge of encumbrances, any regulatory approvals, and an executed escrow deed. The transaction is expected to complete within six to eight weeks.

Anova Metals Limited (ASX:AWV) completed the acquisition of Warriedar Gold Project from Red Dirt Metals Limited (ASX:RDT) for AUD 1.6 million on September 21, 2022.

Followed by the 1:10 consolidation in 2023, hence 10M shares.
