No 30% premium
Price is largely tied to PRNs shareprice which could drop quite a bit off current levels
PRN doesn't pay dividends
PRN has a lot of debt
PRN operates in Africa....
Why did DDH even contemplate this deal given DDH is undervalued on most metrics
