The deal does suggest that management seem to think they floated at a price substantially higher than real value. Its strange, as I thought they had built a far better business with the acquisition of Swick. I am surprised that after this they are saying the share is worth 10% less than the IPO price. Doesn't reflect well on that float , nor on management who normally overvalue the business they are in. What do they know that we don't?
