No great dislike of PRN. But for the risk involved I would want PRN at a much lower SP and discount to EV. I have traded it successfully at much lower SPs.
Sold this twice today at 92.5c. This has been a good stock for me.
Will continue to monitor. Could be back in if the spread widens.
$872m long term debt on the PRN books. West African risk. Etc. Otherwise a good company. Synergies are easily claimed- harder to realise.
