Despite my disappointment with the terms of the deal, I just doubled my position, My thesis is that the new company will be a prime candidate for inclusion in the ASX200 going forward (as mentioned here previously by another poster). There was an article in the AFR discussing the removal of penny stocks in the ASX200 so the new company will smash those smaller members on a market cap comparisson. Also going through Perenti news they have secured some pretty lucrative clients with cash flows of the projects starting this year.
