Perhaps I may have hung onto my DDH shares if it was a one PRN for one DDH share.
I would not buy PRN.I have no wish to sell a growing profitable company that pays a solid dividend for "a pig in poke".Seems a good part of the deal is PRN's tax losses offsetting DDH's profits.The reasons I bought DDH have gone out the door.
