DDH1 shareholders do not need to take any action at this time. It is anticipated that DDH1 shareholders will meet
in September 2023 to vote on the Scheme, and the Scheme booklet will be distributed in advance of that
meeting.
The Proposed Transaction is currently targeting a scheme implementation date in early October 2023"

Interesting that the vote is not until September. Are they hoping for a better offer maybe?
