G'day @blanky and @kr8303. The reason why you've got the msg about online voting unavailable is because the control number on blanky's reply is his number which is tied to his online investor vote account. Something to do with matching the info between the control # and blanky's online presence.
If you nominated to receive all correspondence by email/online then you'll have rec'd an email about the meeting and voting on or about the 18th August. It will have a link to investor vote with your personal Control Number. You'll need your SRN or HIN.
Better still scroll through the email to the section MAKE YOUR VOTE COUNT and hit the APPOINT A PROXY and follow the prompts. Here you wont need your SRN OR HIN.
