I heard it and a lot of it is fear mongering propaganda. People need to understand PRN's structure and what Cy's proposed role would be. As the potential VP of a newly created drilling services (of which there is very little stand alone in Africa, and what EXP there is I understand PRN plans to exit it) there would be little to no need for him to travel there.
Except for maybe an introduction. I'm sure that would include going with the CEO/MD and VP of contract mining who visit regularly. It's a nothing burger with a side of whatever.
