Wow, what a croc of a report, on my quick read it says previously we assessed minimum reasonable value as 97 cents, yet we still think it is reasonable at low to mid 80s, with no explanation given.

I'm out on today's bounce, while it's clear to me this is a bad deal, many of this view will have sold (not sure what happens to no votes for shares sold) and unfortunately most shareholders tend to listen to expert reports.
