Not sure about the figures behind a deal like this, but agree its an important development.
Means that any potential slowing of hardware expensive servers, switches, back-end infrastructure etc that medium and large SME's might have previously been buying.. will transition across instead to licence fees for hosted services like Office365, Azure etc.
