At this initial high rate(which includes the 248,292 day and share price spike of 16%) it will take 39 business days to close all the remaining shorts or approximately the end of September 2021 However if the average cannot be maintained (because of the higher share price) and the daily average closed shorts should fall to around 25,000/day it will take 185 business days or 37 weeks or approximately to the end of April 2022 to close out all the remaining 4,642,452 shorts outstanding on the 11/8/21.
