    they don't retain a lot of cash (given the dividends and also working capital), so wonder why they are going down this path given it would mean extending their balance sheet even more

    is it the low interest rates and the margins they can earn on financing, because I'm not sure this will help them sell anymore stuff (it might get in the way of their resellers offering this service)?
