no, but this is the fairest way to distribute spp allocations that need scaling back; the big fish will get close to the max allocation and rightfully so. Like I’ve stated so many times, scaleback% for each holder is not easy to be determined as there needs to be visibility on number of shares of eligible shareholders who applied for the spp. It’s pretty basic maths once that is provided, but they’ve obviously chosen not to share it with us.
