That story adds to my thoughts. I looked at per head metrics and said if they don't increase revenue then they need to sack 1000. Reading the article, it sounds like dick is aiming to increase sales to match the higher staffing levels. This means he is actually intending to beat the forecasts he has released to market. Also interesting to note that anything above $4million per employee places them in the industry leading position. Means they should be best positioned to survive a market down turn out of all their competitors.
