If you look at the last 6months, dividend payments only came from actual profits (post redundancies).
Looking at the debt maturity profile, I don't believe they need a larger loan. They just need a longer time-frame in which to show the market that the underlying business is stronger than is currently believed (i.e. capable of earning more), so that current shareholders are not overly diluted in order to pay back debt.
