Pretty decent coupon rate. FIIG Securities Limited are a well-respected broker. They wouldn't be facilitating the debt raising facility if they didn't have any faith in DDR to deliver. This is yet another small step for DDR in seeking to diversify it's corporate debt avenues. A tick from me.
