    This announcement carried no good news for the DDT shareholders. The price jumped from $0.006 to $0.008 for one day and then back to $0.006. There is nothing in this announcement for DDT shareholders except to expect a serious watering down in share value and loss of equity for existing shareholders. The DDT business needs to be worked on and built up. They need to do the business and stop looking for a miracle.
