In the intervening period, the business has continued to remain profitable, still has $0 debt, it maintains a net cash position (i.e. cash on balance sheet alone can cover total liabilities on balance sheet), has signed a Distribution Agreement in relation to cycling products in Australia, has continued to control expenses and is on track to provide an annual return on equity greater than 20% for this financial year.

The fact other people aren't buying or selling is hardly an indicator of the quality of the business. It simply means other people aren't buying or selling.

I'd suggest that selling or buying activity is distinctly different from business quality.

To paraphrase Benjamin Graham, in the short term, the market is a voting machine and in the long term, it is a weighing machine. Some patience is required for a business of this nature.
