+1 plum. I think you have a pretty good take on it. Expecting it to drop as people see what can only be a bigger amount to fund to get started in the new Inflationary world of the last year. For the right price I will be looking to add also knowing it might be a few years before we see a return on it but thats ok. Or we might go for auction sooner. I have been looking to add since the last cap raise but have been remaining patient for once as I'm expecting another opportunity. Long term no brainer though.

(I have peanuts compared to most I'm sure and having only been here a few years have averaged in over a dollar atm. Hopefully I can bring that down a little)
