I agree the Indee agreement will add value. Just pointing out that building a Jorc resouce without it being reflected in the share price means you probably won't end up being the actual miner of this property.

Currently, they are building a take out target not a mining company. That could still work out for DEG shareholder but the probability of receiving full value is severely impacted.

You can't build a junior mining company on equity financings that are continually done below fair market value!

Whatever reserves they add this quarter we are going to get 40% reflected in the share price. Is that worth doing a equity raises at huge discounts? Not sustainable if you ever want to be anything more than a penny stock.
