If you put a clear list of actions that you plan to take and will lead I may consider joining you but not if there is any expenses involved as there is no point trying to sue the company as there is likely no cash.
I seemed to be the only one who called alex and then posted on this forum. All I am wanting to find out is how to transfer the shares as that information has not been provided yet. I have another buyer but from memory there was some additional info required.
