This is the best CR I’ve seen lately. The discount was minimal. They have spelled out what they’ll do with the money and it should add value for shareholders in the medium term. I’m pretty surprised actually, I’ve been getting used to being very upset a CR’s of other micro caps lately that do it at a 20% discount to existing very low SP and throw in free options. This is very surprising to the upside.
