I'm not holding either, though DEM was the first IPO I bought into, so I still follow it closely. I'm not an "experienced" investor, so I'm using DEM as a learning case.

This is what I see..

Tiny daily trading volumes from Sept 17 to Mar 18, seldom breaking 100k shares traded.

5th March - Company announces 300k worth of orders (if revenue is going to be 10m, is it worth talking about?)
7th March- large single(!) buy order (~1m shares) @ about 20 cents
8th March - Company announces new membrane (kind of fluff but nice)
13th March - Company announces revenue target (its not ambitious at all)
13th March - (>2m shares traded), intra day high of 28 cents
14th March - Price collapses back to 20 cents

If the guy that bought in @ 20 cents and sold @ 28, he would be sitting on 80k of profit in a week (wish it was me!).


I'm happy to hear a different opinion though - please share what you think!
