The domestic market very crowded, and you need a large cash pile to build inventory/marketing/logistics. Without strong brand awareness, it's going to be hard to convince the average consumer to buy. That costs $$. Google under sink water filter and see how many hits come up! I think this is a prelude to a CR.
Would much prefer to focus resources on the industrial sector which was the original value proposition. Seeing how the SP didn't move, the market probably agrees.
