I reckon it will be due to the complexity of what can and can't be included as revenues and which period revenues should be recognised in.

We did make a specific appointment in June for a new financial manager which I presumed was to ensure compliance with accounting standards and listing rules. The fact that the report was late and potentially rushed as a result is not a great sign.

Not very happy with the announcement from 3rd September which reads to me that the suspension was from Animoca pending news of this CR and license agreement. The ASX probably queried AB1 after this but I feel we should be l have been told earlier.
